Private jet clients can now fly their pets into London Luton Airport with VOLUXIS, after the global charter and aircraft management company recently added the airport to its existing UK Department for Environment & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) approval.
Following the news, VOLUXIS Commercial Director Gareth Cadwell commented: “Luton is one of the UK’s top private jet airports and a convenient option for clients travelling both to north and central London and further afield, many of whom will benefit from us offering this additional service. We pride ourselves on being a leading pet-friendly private jet operator and our team of experts is always on-hand to ensure every animal enjoys a smooth flight, assisting every step of the way with the necessary formalities and documentation.”
London Luton airport benefits from being open 24/7 and is particularly popular with private jet arrivals from the US and Far East, taking advantage of the longer operating hours compared to most other London airports. Fast road and rail links ensure great connectivity for onward travel.
VOLUXIS has DEFRA approval to fly pets into every UK airport that allows the service, including: London Biggin Hill, Blackpool, Bristol, Cambridge, Doncaster Sheffield, Edinburgh, Farnborough, Glasgow, Gloucestershire, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool John Lennon, Lydd, London Gatwick, London Heathrow, London Luton, Oxford, London Stansted and Manchester.
