UK aircraft management and charter company Voluxis has secured its designation as a Wyvern Wingman certified operator through the Flight Leader Program with quarterly coaching by Wyvern.
The Wyvern Wingman standard, the first air charter audit standard in the aviation industry, provides the gold standard in safety that allows air charter customers to assess performance expectations against recognised industry best operating practices before purchasing air charter services. Only a handful of UK operators have attained the Wyvern Wingman accreditation, and the entire Voluxis team has worked hard to maintain the very highest safety standards.
“I am delighted that Voluxis has been awarded this much vaunted validation of its safety management system. There are only a handful of UK operators that have attained the Wyvern Wingman accreditation, and I am very proud of the entire Voluxis team for their dedication and hard work in maintaining our very highest safety standards,” says director of flight operations Andrew Boxer-Missen.
“Voluxis’ certification as a Wyvern Wingman operator sets it apart from other operators in the air charter industry. This achievement validates its commitment to attaining and maintaining an enduring safety culture that elevates its performance above other operators that are just beginning to embrace the value of formal safety risk management,” adds Andrew Day, Wyvern senior vice president, operations.
